At the beginning of 2019, the company promoted a group of potential management personnel from the grass-roots line. In order to further improve the comprehensive management level of newly appointed managers and help them realize“self-empowerment”, the Administrative Personnel Department organized relevant personnel to participate in the external training of “New manager self-management” from June 22 to 23.
