On July 7th, 1919, UNITE held a two-day semi-annual summary meeting of the management team in the beautiful Suzhou. The theme of the conference was “breaking the boat and fighting the second half of the year”. On the first day, all departments reported their duties. On the second day of training, General Manager Heng Yongbin gave a speech on “Enterprise Ecology” at the meeting. Deputy General Manager Jin Mingyu made “Speech Skills of Professional Managers” and “Human Resources of Non-Human Resources”. Training in the “Selection of Yuliu” for talents in resource management.
The departments around the first half of the key work items, data analysis, KPI completion, insufficient analysis and work focus in the second half of the year, team building, etc., the system structural engineering department, planning and material assurance department and warehousing and logistics department report at the meeting I was praised. All departments have clearly defined their work goals and priorities in the second half of the year, and they have expressed their willingness to go all out to complete the task! The meeting ended in a state of full energy.
