In order to ensure the realization of annual target in 2019, the company invited external training teachers to conduct “strategic business map” training for all middle and senior management personnel from December 23 to 24, 2018. Based on the combination of teachers’ teaching and students’ participation, the training sorted out the "business strategy map" according to the company strategy, SWOT analysis, customer analysis and BSC introduction, and then clarified the key performance indicators of the company and decomposed the KPI indicators of each department, which played a guiding role in overall work in 2019. With the enthusiastic training site, remarkable effect was achieved.
