Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the coordination and abnormal handling of daily inspection work such as incoming materials, processes and finished products;
2. Responsible for communication and handling of customer complaints;
3. Formulate departmental work objectives and work procedures and institutionalize and standardize them;
4. Responsible for the preparation of inspection standards and work instructions;
5. Responsible for the statistics and analysis of the company's product quality status, identify problems and actively promote internal improvement;
6. Guide, coordinate and supervise the responsibilities and working procedures of the subordinates to strictly enforce the regulations;
7. Responsible for departmental coordination and leading internal improvement.
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, over 30 years old, mechanical related major, driver's license, able to drive independently;
2. More than five years working experience in machining or machine assembly industry, at least three years of quality management experience;
3, proficient in the use of quality management tools, including mastery of quality five tools, seven major techniques, conventional statistical techniques, 5WHY, 8D, etc.;
4. Ability to quickly resolve quality problems and actively promote internal improvement;
5. Strong organizational coordination, communication skills, excellent team management and motivation, and effective organization of work ability.
